Shipping and returns

All dresses are shipped from Sweden! Within Sweden - delivery time: 1-3 business days. Express delivery is available at checkout. Europe - delivery time: approx. 2-6 business days (may vary depending on the country). Shipping method: We ship with tracking, and when your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking link.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive your order. The product must be unused. All tags must remain attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Customs Duties

Orders placed outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, ZAYLA'S Store reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of 200 SEK.

This amount will be deducted from your refund or billed separately.
